Empty the contents into a soup pot or casserole, cover with a lid, and heat on medium for 4-6min.Stirring twice, until heated through.
Please Note: Ensure the food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow the food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted, please refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
