Delivery policy

Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of R500 is required to qualify for local delivery.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only in Pretoria and Johannesburg areas (Johannesburg: 50 km from Centurion only).

Delivery Schedule
All deliveries take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Orders placed on Tuesday: Delivered the following Thursday.
Orders placed on Thursday: Delivered the following Tuesday.
Orders placed Friday–Sunday or public holidays: Processed next working day, delivered on the next scheduled day.
Orders placed after 23:00: Processed next working day for next available delivery.

Missed Deliveries
Orders returned due to unavailability during the allocated time slot will be redelivered the next scheduled day (Tuesday/Thursday) in the same time slot.
